COURSE OVERVIEW:

Bullying can have a serious impact on the health of workers, leading to adverse effects on productivity and morale. More than one in three (36%) people who report being bullied at work leave their job because of it. Bullying can also seriously impact individuals, teams and entire organisations, with lost productivity, mental health impacts, and potential legal implications. This course will help you identify bullying happening in the workplace and how to address bullies with confidence.

You’ll learn practical steps to take in responding to and dealing with bullying and harassment in the workplace, and support strategies including self-management and how to use your organisation’s escalation and resolution processes. You will also learn about the role all employees must play in the prevention and reporting of incidents in their workplace.
